This MDF Skirting board is made with an MDF core surrounded by the Decorative paper, 

PVC, Foil of your choice wrapped around the mdf on the outer side.

Cold Press Process:

1. Cut the MDF board according to the size

2. Cut the Veneer according to the size

3. Veneer material: Decorative paper or PVC or Foil

4. The MDF mouldings after cutting are made out of customer's needs of shape through the machine

5. Use glue to MDF Skirting board and veneer bonding together

6. At last, use the machine to make these MDF Skirting board firm
